Shop Policies

SHIPPING:

• I am currently shipping only within the United States.
• Due to the time it takes to hand craft each item, it may take 3-5 business days to complete your order. If for some reason I can't meet this time frame, I'll contact you to let you know why.
• Shipping time (from USPS to you) is usually seven days or less; however, I am not responsible for any delays in shipping once the item is in the hands of the US Postal Service.
  
• I offer free shipping using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and delivery confirmation.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:

• It's important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your item. I offer returns and exchanges within 10 days after delivery of the order. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 10 days of receipt for return instructions.
• Please note that custom orders are not returnable. 
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Damaged or altered items may be subject to a loss of value. 
• Upon receipt of  the item in original condition, a full refund will be made. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• To cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours. Custom orders cannot be canceled beyond this period of time.
